San Diego Khmer Dance Troupe;
We are a small dance group base in San Diego, we perform for events ranging from weddings, new years, culture events, Culture shows, and ect. The teacher is the male in the male in the middle Narith Chim. He’s a very great teacher and been keeping the khmer culture alive for the past 4 years or more, and we are still going at it. In this picture from left to right we have Donald P., Sandy, Yani, Bopha (female lead), Narith (male lead), Varny, Thea, and me Khonny. This picture was taken this year in April at UCSD Culture show, our 3rd year performing there. We performed Robam Jun Por (The Blessing Dance), using both female and male roles. We are looking for more people.
Be more than welcome to message us at our fan page:
if your looking forward to join. We only have practice ONCE a week, on a Sunday, the least busiest day of the week. Or if anything you can message me through my tumblr http://itskhonny.tumblr.com/ask
